Text 5 Feb Workout tip #9

When running, or doing what ever kind of exercise it is that you like with another person, talk about something that you two absolutely despise.  It makes time past faster, it takes your mind off the pain, and you get out all of those feelings that you’ve had cooped up inside your head for so long.
